I am working on changing my life habits. I want to quit lose weight, quit smoking, and generally be a healthier person. I want to do this by creating better eating and exercizing habits.

So for now here is my start weight and my weigh-ins (I will start putting these in my journal):
May 1: 192 lbs
May 8: 185 lbs
May 16: 183 lbs
Goal: 177 lbs by July 1

I would like to start with this goal before I move on to bigger weight goals.

How I am doing it: for the month of May I am watching my portions and what I eat as well as slowly adding exercize. If by the end of this month I have not lost at least 8 pounds I will join weight watchers on June 1.

This journal is holding my thoughts about the process, it is also a reminder of why I am working towards my goals.
