| OK I lost a lot of weight my first week (6 pounds) which I have to keep reminding myself that that is unusual and that I should not, can not, expect the same this week. I also have not been quite as good so far this week (and it is already Thursday) I have not done anything to beat myself up over but I have had a few more slip-ups than I like. I am still going to food when I am bored. I even baked brownies (no pudge but I had bigger than recomended servings) On good notes: I have been great about my ab workouts (every other morning) and I have been roller blading twice this week, and I have taken 4 walks over 40 minutes. I am determined to lose weight. I have to lose weight. My back is killing me, seems to be to remind me I am losing weight to lose the boobs. I am going to miss them. | ||||
